*If you experience any connection issues it is advised to open port 5583 on any firewalls, to both devices - more detailed troubleshooting is available at our website.*

If running Star Wars The Old Republic, or any games in PWEs Arc platform - to run properly Right Click on the server and Run as Administrator.

System Requirements: Microsoft Windows XP or higher, or Intel Mac OS X 10.5 or higher, wireless network.
Please note that running software within virtual environments such as VMWare or Virtual PC is not supported at this time.

Please note that we do not support any games in a beta stage - this includes Perfect Worlds Arc client - it can be worked around however, for example with Star Trek Online navigate your computer to C:Program Files (x86)Perfect World EntertainmentStar Trek Online_en (your path may vary slightly but will be similar) and open the Star Trek Online app from there. We are investigating how to better support these systems in the future.
